She/Her
Breaking normative boundaries (& sometimes glasses) one zine & bottle of wine at a time! As chief coordinator of B.G.U., I try to spend my time researching, reflecting, writing, & exploring the world of gender & queerness. I'm also trying to laugh at & love myself a little more every day. I have a tattoo that says "be the strange you wish to see in the world" by bald, badass drag queen, Sasha Velour. It is a reminder that we must embody the change, which others will often perceive as strange.
They/Them
Just a little banana trying to not be overwhelmed by reality. I make clothes and like to drink sparkling water. Love biking around Tokyo and seeing all these tiny roads no car could possibly fit in (but somehow they do.)
Organizer of Tokyo Queer Collective
He/Him
A writer freshly back from NYC. Across all my work in fiction and nonfiction, I try to keep my focus on the individual, writing personal stories of autonomy and nostalgia, as well as essays written strictly from my point of view. Outside of writing, I like to cook, and I love to eat.
She/Her
Photographer from the U.S., currently living in Tokyo. I make collages using film to explore how gender, identity, and culture are related. Also just because I love taking pictures. If not taking photos, I am probably reading, playing animal crossing, or eating ice cream.
She/Her
Public policy analyst from the UK, keeping busy with all sorts of projects and hobbies. Outside of my job, I love learning languages, studying, travelling, making new connections, and trying new things.
She/Her
I'm an excessively emotional Capricorn sun and Cancer rising. I have a lot of feelings and I'm not sorry. When I'm not at my day job or side hustle, I'm probably in a dark corner talking/crying about my feelings.
She/Her
I take care of two fishies and love my morning cup of coffee. I love learning new facts and understanding why we are the way that we are. I’m still learning and growing, and honestly just trying to get by at this point.
