レインボ一フラグの使用について
明日、寄付していただいた方に差し上げる予定だったシールで使用したレインボーフラグに限らず、私たちが今まで６色のレインボーフラグを使用してきたことに対し、コメントをいただきました。
それに対し、今回このポストを投稿させていただきました。B.G.U.はまだまだ勉強中であり、今後も学び続けていきます。
対話を大切にし、様々な視点からどんどん学んでいきたいと考える私たちは、多様性を重視した旗を使用することを大切だと考えています。
We received a comment regarding the donation sticker using the rainbow flag. We want to acknowledge our lack of research and consciousness, and the importance of a more inclusive flag. B.G.U. members are still learning about this topic.
We aim to create an inclusive and diverse movement. In order to do so, we will continue to research, communicate, and educate ourselves.

About the usage of the rainbow flag
寄付をされた方に差し上げ るシールに限らず今まで B.G.Uは六色のレインボーフ ラグを使用してきました。
B.G.Uメンバ一のリサーチが 足りず、よりインクルーシブ な旗を使用していませんでし た。特に、今回はブラック ライブマターのマーチでト 『ランス・口一（法）・セン タ一』に寄付をする上で、 インクルーシブな視点と意 識が足りていませんでした。
6色の旗は白人中心のLGB運動やコ ミュニティーを表してきたという批 判があります。 そのため、ダニエル・クエーサーと いうノンjくイナリー・クィアのデザ イナーが、LGBTQIA＋の中でも特に 差別される有色人種やトランスジェ ンタの人にも焦点を当てた新しい 旗を製作したと言われています。
明日のマーチでは六色レイン ボーのシールは配らずトラン スフラッグのシールだけを配 布することにしました。そし て、追加でダニエル・カサー デザインの旗の説明を含めた 紙を配布します。 シールと共に、日本でより多 様性を含んだ旗の使用や意識 を広めていけたらと考えてい ます。
日本のLGBTQ＋コミュニティーの中でも人種、 見た目、ジェンダーによる差別が存在します。

Not limited to the sticker given in exchange for donations, B.G.U. has used the six color rainbow flag in our designs and posts.
Due to our lack of research and consciousness, we have not been using the more inclusive flag. Especially considering that our donations from the BLM march will go to the Trans Law Center, we did not have a sufficiently inclusive perspective or awareness.
The six color rainbow flag has been criticized for disproportionately representing the white and LGB community. Queer and non binary graphic designer, Daniel Quasar created the flag to emphasize inclusive progress for transgender and BIPOC folx within the LGBTQIA+ community.
We have decided not to pass out the rainbow flag design sticker. We will pass out an informational note about Daniel Quasar's flag and explain our decision to not use the 6 color rainbow flag design. This way, we hope to raise awareness and spread the usage of the inclusive flag.
In Japan and elsewhere, there is racial discrimination, lookism, and transphobia within the LGBTQ+ community.
